Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations.
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts my time and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

Refunds are not offered on services already rendered. However, please contact the business within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss a possible resolution if you are unhappy with a service. This may include a complimentary lash removal or other adjustments, at the technician's discretion.
